Dance mastery & performance

professional program

Elevate your technique. Master your art.

Dance Mastery & Performance is a professional development program for dancers who want to take their technical, artistic and performance training to a higher level. It combines classical, neoclassical and contemporary dance with specialized physical conditioning, creative workshops, choreographic processes, and complementary subjects. Its goal: to train complete artists, capable of exploring, developing, and mastering their full potential.

The intensive and personalized program strengthens expressiveness, body awareness, and artistic identity, fostering versatile performers prepared for the challenges of the professional world.

Methodology

The 360° Danza methodology is based on a practical, intensive and progressive process that combines daily training, artistic exploration, and interpretative development. Studio work is a space for continuous growth where discipline, movement research, and artistic collaboration coexist to drive each dancer’s evolution.

Through this comprehensive approach, the program seeks to train versatile performers who are aware of their physical instrument and capable of adapting to the demands of today’s professional dance landscape, developing not only technical excellence but also an authentic stage presence and a solid artistic identity.

achieve your full potential

areas of development

The training starts from a solid common foundation for all participants, focused on body awareness and stylistic versatility.

Classical Dance: We work with a professional focus on excellence, integrating established methodologies such as the Vaganova method and the English RAD method. Alignment, postural placement, coordination, balance, and core control are perfected, while elasticity, line extension, musicality, precision, and spatial awareness are developed. This foundation supports classical practice and facilitates adaptation to neoclassical and contemporary languages.

Neoclassical Dance: Focuses on fluidity, mobility, and organic transition between movements, exploring speed, amplitude, energy continuity, and the relationship with musicality and space, expanding the dancer’s expressive freedom.

Contemporary Dance: Enhances an expressive and technically prepared body, working on suspension, weight management, floor work (entries and exits), turns, bounce, and inversions. It integrates the exploration of energy flow, the breadth of gesture, and movement quality, fostering expressive freedom and artistic sensitivity.

Body Conditioning: Completes technical training with strength, endurance, flexibility, and body awareness work, optimizing performance and preventing injuries.

Choreographic Workshop
A space led by a teacher or choreographer, where students participate in creation and staging processes from the guide’s artistic vision, integrating musicality, dramatic intent, relationship with space, and group cohesion.

Creation Workshop
Stimulates creativity through guided improvisation, movement analysis, and the exploration of multiple possibilities, encouraging the development of original material and artistic thinking. Priority is given to the creative process, research, and individual expression, charging movement with intention, energy, and meaning.

Pas de Deux / Partnering
Partner work combining classical technique and contemporary dynamics. It develops coordination, strength, balance, suspension, lifts, turns, catches, and choreographic variations, integrating musicality and postural placement. It fosters the connection between dancers, active listening, and the synchronization of impulses, strengthening technique, expressiveness, and stage presence.

specialization

The program is structured through different areas of technical, physical, and creative development, allowing dancers to strengthen their training comprehensively. Within this common structure, subjects are incorporated that enrich the training process according to each participant’s artistic orientation, allowing for deeper study in both the classical and contemporary tracks.

Classical Track: Pointe, Classical Repertoire, and Neoclassical Style, focused on perfecting technique, musicality, and interpretative quality.

Contemporary Track: Acrodance, Floorwork, and Improvisation, to expand movement exploration, the relationship with the floor, and physical creativity.

DURATION AND CREDIT HOURS

The program is designed to last one or two academic years, depending on the level, progress, and goals of each participant. This flexible structure allows the training path to be adapted to individual needs, guaranteeing solid and progressive development. Training takes place with an intensive schedule of more than 20 hours per week, plus rehearsals, creation processes, stage performances, masterclasses, and workshops.
